Colorado

sees and hears Trump spewing his vitriol and insanity from Greeley, especially from a Colorado public university. I can't imagine that the big crowd today had many UNC students and I hope they weren't screaming "Lock Her Up" with the stupid Trump supporters. And that while our Broncos were playing he was telling them how much he enjoyed playing golf with John Elway. I'm sure the good Dems from northern Colorado, Grand Junction, Pueblo, and Colorado Springs are just as unhappy when Trump comes to rile up his deplorable base.
At least Trump doesn't have enough courage to come to Denver and Boulder. Let's color Colorado blue!

(15,086 posts)At least Colorado seems more sensible overall!
My brother lived in Colorado Springs when he worked for Cray Research, and he was SHOCKED by how conservative it was! I later saw it listed online as the most conservative "major" city in the whole country (supposedly), but that was years ago.
Pockets of conservatism (and hate) seem to be everywhere.
EDIT:
I guess Colorado Springs is still ranked pretty high for conservatism:
