It's tough work but someone's got to do it.
There's an app that sends a notification yay many minutes before sunrise, the time when clouds get that pink color.

The forecasts are inaccurate (surprise)
They have in-app purchases and subscriptions, so
Unless you always wake a half hour or an hour before sunrise, check the forecast at night, and set an alarm if it looks promising, but Mother Nature is full of surprises.
