2. Yes, they are.

I think these are as good as any professional photographer has taken of him. These pictures, especially the first one, are my favorites of him of all time, with the exception of the one photograph of him with his late, beloved dog Buddy, when the latter was a pup. That picture was used a lot for fundraising.

5. It was a Canon point-and-shoot.

It was a 2007 PowerShot S5IS. Still a good camera after all these years.
