(2,594 posts)We have four Jacaranda trees on our property, they are young trees, so weve only seen several flowers which disappeared quickly on one of our trees. Looking forward to the time when they are older and in full bloom.

(154,806 posts)Ours is about 22 years old now, and the blooms come every year. Not always this brilliant!
You might talk to someone in a nursery about your young trees. Make sure they're getting enough water and like that.

(154,806 posts)Not sure how much rain we got; we'll see the totals in tomorrow's paper. It certainly was measurable! It's unusual for us to have rain in June.
Glad you enjoyed the flowers!

(154,806 posts)The air was fresh and quite chilly today, all day. The last few days were warmer than normal too. I can never decide what to wear!
I'm glad you enjoyed my photo. I cropped it down a bit so you could see the drops!
