And then, of course, we have the hoarhound plant, and its many medicinal uses.

When hoarfrost forms on snowy slopes, unless there is wind or sun to break it down, it can be buried by subsequent snows and become a weak, kinetic layer in the snowpack and cause avalanches.

is that Munich is essentially flat.
But most of it is gone becasue we had sun and went over freezing .
