(2,093 posts)Curious, the lad in the back row toward the right looks to be quite tall. ???

(152,570 posts)This is one of my traditions! That wall of glass is perfect for family group shots.
And yes, the young man (my grandson!) is well over 6 feet tall. And smart to boot!

(152,570 posts)Glad you enjoyed my little gifts! I wanted to post a variety of photos to show what my Olympus pro lens 12-45mm can do!
Looks like I succeeded.

(3,600 posts)Do you collect little Christmas trees? Quite an assortment there . A lovely family. That must be your sister next to you, she looks like you.

(152,570 posts)Our hostess collects the little Christmas trees; I merely photograph them! She has a huge collection and they're all beautiful.
The lady on my left (in the photo) is not my sister! I have one sibling who's not in the photo and he's my brother.

(10,942 posts)Thank you, California Peggy!
One of the things I zeroed in on was the Christmas gift ornament tree.
Another are those chocolate frosted cake things.
I don't know what it is, but I want to know how to make it
or where to buy it!
Of course I enjoyed all the other pictures,
especially the group photo of your family.
Merry Christmas again, precious Peggy!

(152,570 posts)The home of our hosts was just full of Christmas decorations! I had to decide what to photograph and what to leave out!
Our hostess bought the chocolate frosted cake dessert and I have no idea where or what it's called, alas.
The group photo is standard for us. The glass wall is perfect!

(152,570 posts)This is not my home. Our hosts own it and have us as guests once or twice a year. We love visiting them there.
