Hope you have as many birthdays as you want!
CaliforniaPeggy
(154,860 posts)As I mentioned to usonian, we've always had young faces! We looked like teenagers when we got married, and we were both in our 20's!
We would both like to see him have more birthdays!

(21,416 posts)You guys are an inspiration to me. I'm 74, my husband is 73, and we celebrated out 50th anniversary Memorial Day weekend. If we're still going as strong as you two are in our mid 80s, we will consider ourselves very fortunate!

(154,860 posts)All I can say: take care of your health! Mental and physical: those are key!
We're still working at those too.

(3,961 posts)in common.....husbands who are both 85! It doesn't seem so very long ago that we were in our 40's and 50's. I guess time really does "fly"!
Happy "special" Birthday, Ben

What a gorgeous cake. Everything looks scrumptious.
TY for sharing, dear Peggy!

(154,860 posts)I served him some of his favorite foods and we both enjoyed our dinners immensely. He tells me he could eat scallops every night!
And you know, he and I have always had young faces. When we got married, we looked like teenagers, but we were in our twenties!
You know how much I love to share. How could I not?
