Modded Jaguar, neck could be original. Pickups changed, can't make them out. Definitely a Roland guitar synth. Looks like at least one potentiometer or switch added. Weirdest thing to me is the Bigsby mounted on top of the original tremolo.

That's not the bridge on a stock Jaguar. The bridge system on a Jag was the same as on my Jazzmaster. (See pic below)
That bridge pickup might be a Jag, but there's something just above it that I can't make out. And the neck pickup is definitely not a Jag pickup.
Also, the headstock looks a narrower just at the nut. Jags & JMs had a bigger headstock tan a Strat. Agreed it's a different neck.
The switching is totally different from a Jag & the pickguard looks custom made.
Quite the paint job, though.
