in Chicago in IIRC 1974. Although Linda and David LaFlamme
had left, they were still good. Spirit was on the same bill.

2. I got my first cassette player for Christmas

Back in 1973, butdidn't have any pre-recorded tapes yet. Some time in 1974 my Dad found a mix tape of this song in a parking lot after work and gave it to me. I was thrilled to have this song on it. I had never heard any thing like it before. The vocals and violin parts really got me.

The voices and violin are very resonent. The sound stays with you. Makes you feel like you are floating

...I had a fellow chemist in my lab that was nuts about this group.
Don't know I've ever met anybody that was as close to as big a fan of them as he was.
