Related: About this forumTwo years ago I started a tradition
of making each member of my family (except for my elderly parents who are getting rid of stuff) fused glass Xmas ornaments. I've just finished this year's set:
Santas
Trees
Wreaths

(12,443 posts)I've never tried anything with fused glass. Do you have a kiln?
I made a few polymer clay and felted ornaments for my son's future MIL and Aunt last year and for his fiance (who just had just bought a house and had an almost naked Christmas tree). This year it's a not very fun but a practical present for my future DIL - a ton of house insulation with my hubby installing it

Believe me, when I was a new homeowner those practical gifts were truly appreciated!
