A $30 purchase of an old drawing at a Massachusetts house sale could fetch $50 million at a London gallery. It turns out it was an original drawing by Albrecht Durer.

Very interesting story; hope a museum gets it instead of a wealthy collector.

(34,195 posts)Not surprised your profile says 'Connecticut'.
I lived in Hartford 1968 - 1980 and held/attended 'tag sales'.
We moved to San Diego and the first time we had a 'tag sale' I posted signs around the neighborhood advertising our 'tag sale'.
Only a couple people showed up, and then only curious as what kind of tags we were selling.
I had to change all our signs to 'yard sale'. Then we got busy.
