It looks cozy and warm and invites you to sit in that arm chair and do something creative. I can imagine the fireplace burning on colder days and the birds singing just outside the window. Its a wonderful little painting. There nostalgia there and a wonderful depiction of a quiet place to meditate, to think, to read, or just to be. Love it!
You set a scene and just let us fill in the story. Thats a gift!
