A Bald Eagle painting I recently did.

I've was doing a series of sketch-paintings of birds. Hadn't done one in a while, so I recently did a few. Here's one of them.
Suggestions and comments welcome!

"The Complete Watercolor Artist" by Sally Harper. I found a used copy for $3 and just got it. It looks pretty good, but it's hard to learn from a book. I still need to look for some youtube vids. Back to acrylics right now. However, I'm going to the Bahamas in a couple weeks, so I'll definitely be bringing my watercolors and a pad of paper.

I use them in my lounge chair at night, too. No need for a container of rinse water.

Looking forward to some pics of your beach paintings! Maybe look for some sky & water tutorials. There are a ton!
