I graduated from high school in 1960. He was a year younger than I. He was the high school quarterback.

I was lucky if I weighed 110.

He was a bully. He bullied me.

He went to Viet Nam where he got killed.

I was glad he got killed.


Now I have mixed feelings 'bout being glad he got killed.

remain traumatic for years after. That fact that your feelings have moved to include some possible compassion speaks volumes about who you are. In spite of his cruelty, you have evolved past that and that is a good thing.

Sunday evenings are the time, after a long week, that I post my "brain droppings" on D.U.

It helps me figure out stuff - kind of like auto-psychotherapy.
