One of my closest friends dog died unexpectedly.

this morning. I am so sad for him. He rescued her from the Humane Society. She was part pitbull and her name was Martha, which was so cool because my friend is a huge fan of Martha Stewart, so it's like it was meant to be.

Gave him a big hug and told him I love him. As a pet lover for as far back as I remember, I know an I am so sorry is never enough. Just wish I could do more. I've known this guy since he was a toddler, and have always considered him my little bother even though we aren't blood related. Sometimes life is just so sad.
