It was pretty basic, just a cafe with a track around the counter coming out of the kitchen in back. It was nothing as fancy as the place in the video.

In the move The Boss's Wife, Christopher Plummer has a train that delivers hamburgers, and the ketchup squirts out of a tanker car!

in downtown Des Plaines, IL called the Choo Choo
that delivered meals by model train. I lived for a while
about a block or so away from it but never went there.
