Growing up I’d go to my friends house who’s mother was Polish. To have a fresh made pierogi is something I still tell him about 40 years later. They were so good.

Polish Mom, Grandmother, Aunts. My grandma taught everyone, including me. She baked so much always mixing with her hands …they were softened by being in butter so much, babies were envious.
