Which makes you feel more rested?

Going to bed early and getting up at the same time you usually do?

Or going to bed the same time and sleeping in?

For myself, I thinking sleeping in makes me feel more rested.

Afternoon nap helps me from time to time.
I do like sleeping in on overcast days too.

Even though I've been retired for 5 yrs, I set my alarm for 4am. Now I *do* spend a couple of hours waking up playing with my watercolors or surfing the web for images to copy before I get out of bed.

I've been sleeping a lot more lately (since the election). I literally wish I could sleep for four years. My schedule is pretty off right now.

I almost never go to sleep early and have not been able to nap since I was a small child. A 30 min. sleep-in is wonderful for me!

I have sleeping issues and smoke pot to relax me enough and to make me sleepy enough to actually go to sleep.

My sleep apnea also allows me to take naps during the day, so that helps.
