I am such a goof sometimes.

I was addressing an envelope to a friend who who goes to Florida in the winter, but Dakota barked as I was doing it, so I accidentally wrote South Dakota instead of South Daytona. That should teach me never to put the stamp on before writing the address.

...that my wife had gotten for my parents.
Fir reasons I can't begin to know, I wrote the address where lived 2 houses ago!
I hadn't even lived there since just after I turned 13. I was around 40 at the time!
Have no idea what made me flash on an address that made no sense for over a quarter-centurt.

I sometimes accidentally dial my sister's old telephone number even though she had had her new number for five years now.
