So I want to apologize. First, we're about 15 minutes late. And it's kind of embarrassing because this is my first episode ever of my own show. So it's terrible to be late for your own show. But as you can see... My fault, by the way.

I managed to back myself into a timing corner. But here we go.

Well, here we are. Well, I mean, I think that... You know, the production values of the show are very high, and that takes some prep time. I had to get this hat on. So the important thing is we're here. And welcome, everybody, to this very first episode of The Andy Borowitz Show.

I won't go into too much detail about how we came up with that name, but McKinsey was involved and a lot of focus groups. I'm honored to have Nobel Prize-winning economist Paul Krugman as my very first guest. It's really only downhill from here, Paul,
