Trump accepts ownership of the current economy: 'I'm very proud of it'

Source: NBC News

President Donald Trump says it’s his economy now. In an interview with “NBC Nightly News” anchor Tom Llamas that aired during the Super Bowl on Sunday, the 47th president said the country is already experiencing the Trump economy.

“At what point are we in the Trump economy?” Llamas asked.

“I’d say we’re there now,” he replied. “I’m very proud of it.”

His remarks come at a time when most Americans tell pollsters they are not satisfied with the state of the economy and as Trump executes a barnstorming strategy to bring his economic message to political battlegrounds before the November midterms.

Should be in Dem ads. Intersperse it with all kinds of images of grocery prices, people with layoff notices, and those unfortunate souls who were forced to give up health insurance and are now saddled with HUGE bills - all due to HIS "economy" that he is "proud of".

But for now, the market headlines are in his favor. Gold and silver are still volatile as hell, I'm not sure what it means.

1. Defeat

2. Mistakes

He'll take credit for everything good, even things he had nothing to do with, and always pass the blame on to someone else. He doesn't make mistakes because he's perfect an asshole. Probably the perfect asshole. 😁

Two minor points he hasn't considered:

1. His personal bank balance isn't relevant when the Grim Reaper visits him.

2. Most countries and I hope America, have rules that any profits from criminal activity are confiscated when the dust settles.
If the Trump clan think they will inherit his billions, they may be disappointed.
