Related: About this forumI got some communication issues, I guess. I'm 18
I have a hard time speaking the exact point on my mind whenever I'm confronted by people louder than me (in person). I often times find myself making points that are totally true and that I stand by, but then someone will ask me a question completely unrelated and this genuinely burns me out every time. I need tips on navigating situations like this, please. Any helps!

Praise makes people feel good and saying the question is interesting lets them infer you think they are smart. Its also a set up for another interview.
