Does anyone remember Graham's slurs, lies, and distortions against Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson?

Graham falsely accused her of being soft on child pornography offenders, constantly interrupted her her during her confirmation hearing, slammed her for her work as a public defender, etc.

I wonder how many remember how graham slammed Zelensky after trump and vance
ambushed Zelensky in an Oval Office meeting saying Zelensky acted disrespectfully, ignoring of course how trump and vance both were trying to essentially sell Ukraine down the river to appease putin.

He lied that planned parenthood was harvest organs of the unborn, voted against the ACA subsidies, etc. etc. etc.

He was not a nice person, and there wasn't a war he didn't like.

While he probably succumbed from a heart attack based on preliminary observations, why his family or spokes people though it was a good idea to be so coy about the cause of his death makes no sense except to cloud the typical lack of transparency that the entire republican machinery constantly presents.

It’s about cleansing the office. Remember, I’ll never forget that and the way he turned on Joe Biden. Still I think we have to respect the voters that went for him.

AFAIC, voters who are racist and hateful deserve no respect,
although their right to vote must be defended because if
one person is disenfranchised, then everyone is.

Pat Conroy. James Jamerson (great bassist who played on many Motown recording sessions). Dizzy Gillespie. Aziz Ansari. Chadwick Boseman. Bernard Baruch. Iron & Wine (Samuel Beam). Mary McLeod Bethune. James Brown (born in S.C., though he grew up in Augusta, Ga.). Peabo Bryson.

There are many more noteworthy and admirable South Carolinians, not all of them famous (including some of my best friends).

Thanks for your post.

No doubt there's now a big vacancy to fill... up Trump's bum.

Read that Ka$h wants to send FBI to help local officials. Help them do what? Cry in their soup?

Fuck Graham. Reprobates like him don't rate the kind of dignified respect and empathy they failed to show to others.

Even in the 90s and early 2000s when the media worked so hard to paint him as a reasonable moderate.

He rode the Gingrich wave, with slightly softer edge when young and acting like McCain's younger brother.

But, it was there pretty clearly to me, and I have always thought he was low grade histrionic disordered - he liked the attention and glammed in and was variable in his positions. After McCain died and he started to become his own man, as he aged, it blossomed, And, I KNEW he would role over and be a simp to DT after his very short early histrionics.

Thanks for the post. It's needed in the event anyone decides to honor him for his "willingness to work across the aisle." That extended hand always came after each time he somehow made life worse for millions of people.

For the past 2 hours in my mind I was thinking it was Mitch McConnell who died, and I was thinking he couldn't have been 71. But it was Lindsey Graham I guess he gets to get out of this world without admitting that he raped little boys with Trump on farms in Mississippi, fuck Lindsey Graham.
