What is up with Mitch McConnell? Why the radio silence?

Does anyone have a clue as to what is wrong with him, besides the fact that he is evil? Is this something serious enough that Satan is firing up another rotisserie?
I wish him the same medical care that he would wish the rest of America to have. Or is that too insensitive?
