13. That wouldn't qualify as an "assault"...

...and an assault doesn't require physical contact; that would be "battery". This person not only didn't threaten anyone, or even raise her voice, but the contact she made could be determined to be accidental, or just the common and innocuous way of getting someone's attention. Paulina Lunatic is doing what's become common among right-wing simps: they use the law to try to intimidate. I would think another "no true bill" is in store for the D.C. U.S. prosecutor's office should they entertain this nonsense.
