Will the Covid kids get drafted?

20 year olds are usually the first one's called for the draft. That means kids who were 14 years old and missed school because of Covid are at the front of the line. Their 19 year old friends are closely behind. Will these kids that have already experienced Covid shutdowns and to a much lesser degree the financial crisis be called to serve?

4. It's unlikely, but not impossible

Will Iran and Israel let the US out of this war? Will Trump feel the need to take the Iranian coast? Will some other crazy thing happen that calls for response? I'd say the chances of a draft are above 0%, but I only think it works if they are planning to be there like 2 years. Getting everything started and the infrastructure needed to support it would take months.

I claim no supernatural powers, but I predict there will be no draft.

The Republicans are just smart enough to realize there would be overwhelming resistance to it, well beyond what happened in the Vietnam era. Not just left wingers.
