Build a big elevated walkway around it with an orange plastic sanitary wall (paid gladly by Mexico and all other nations excepting Russia and North Korea), dividing the platform into individual stalls that serve to accommodate the long stream of pilgrims who'd wait hard hours in line, no matter the hour, weather or season, to visit the convenient holes ( "Melanias" ) and the opportunity to relieve themselves.
