This is what Krasnov means when he claims negotiations are proceeding, Krasnov wants a Delcy Rodriguez in Iran so that he can take Iran's oil. When I read the article where Krasnov claims to have found someone who is better suited to run Iran with America's interests it led me to believe that Krasnov is going to imitate what Russia planned for Ukraine.
Krasnov is planning to send troops into Tehran and take over the capital and install a Delcy Rodriguez clone. Whoever this person is will supposedly hope that the citizens rise up and back him.
Russia's plan didn't work because they were repelled short of Kyiv, but I bet my golf clubs that we will see boots on the ground in urban Iran.
Israel wants to wipe Iran off the map, Krasnov invaded Iran for the money.
Krasnov said he found someone, that someone can't rule Iran from another country. I am going way out on a limb predicting this one.

I think he gets a little thrill every time someone dies "for him". So, he'll send them to Tehran to get killed, because when people die for his whims, he feels like a king, like he's the god he's always thought he was.

Prince Rezi hangs out in the US and various expensive private playgrounds with other wealthy International nepo-brats - and their fun buddies, the Tech Bros, who would just love to use Iran as a test model for their techno state/GATTICA dream world.
Prince Rezi does not do anything that indicates he actually cares about the Iranian country or people any more than a Venture Capital CEO cares about any of the workforce or customers of any business he decides to buy out for the profit - or hell, even lower "value" investors.
