1. It's certainly obvious that there's nothing safe, effective, or humane about what they do now.

"Prompt and faithful" means only that they do it fast and they're faithful to Trump and Stephen Miller.

And faithful is unnecessary - if Stevie Miller says "do it" consider it done.
