Iran is her people. While I admittedly don't have any reliable polling data, I truly believe that the majority of Iranians want done with that theocractic regime that has held them under repressive subjugation for 47 years.
People here are easily able to separate Trump from the United States of America regarding his actions. I wish those same people would grant the Iranian people that same courtesy.
Thank you.

(3,322 posts)The IRGC is NOT Iran.
And from videos I've seen, a lot of the people in Iran are happy about the decapitation of the regime's leadership.

Iran is firing missions right now. Its Iran's military. We all know there are innocent civilians.

No matter how smart bombs are (and rumor is that the military used Anthropic) they kill somewhat indiscriminately.
Just like those atomic bombs destroyed the Emperor of Japan. (as a side effect)

The schoolgirls were Iranian - to their mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers - as well as the rest of the world.

We almost never said, e.g., "We're at war with the Third Reich"; we said we were at war with Germany.
We declared "V-J Day"; not "V-Hirohito's Imperialist Government Day."
We say that "America" was attacked on 9/11/01; not "a few buildings were or were intended to be attacked."
