Went to Urgent Care, doctor said he didn't have the tools to accurately asses me, but if he had to guess, I got hepatitis A. So I should go at least go in the ER for that. Then he said, something else is wrong, but they need to check it out. Turns out I had just over a liter of fluid next to my left lung. They drained it, pneumonia related. I'll be "wanting to cough" (but don't) for awhile since it was next to my lung for about a month and it will take a bit of time. Needless to say, my temp job at a Casino (just took it for some income for the time being until I start my courses next month) is over. Too much of a petri dish for me. I'll get my Insurance Agent license instead and work for some Agent/Brokerage/Consultant (should only take me a couple of weeks) and work at my pace.
