There isn't enough compliance to make the Judiciary valid in these times.

Nice list!

******

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.

So Trump’s we need to federalize voting in America and sending people to seize Georgia’s voting
documents shreds the U.S. Constitution too.

ICE goons have been made judge, jury, and executioner of those they have decided are criminals, so there goes 6, 7, & 8. Rights the founders didn't think of? Please...they obviously don't want us to have the ones they DID think of. And wrote down. Bye, 9. And all rights reside with the states if not assigned to the fed? Like election laws? Yeah. Uh-huh.
