From trouble saluting at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to odd noises at a McDonalds event, Gartner explains patterns of psychomotor decline, word salad, and disinhibited behavior. (39,688 posts)... long before Chump ran for president in 2015.
Chump was spouting word salads back in the 90's, and maybe earlier. Just ask Tony Schwartz, the REAL author of "The Art of the Deal." Mr. Schwartz has revealed the ordeal he went through trying to write that book, when Chump could never focus long enough to answer any questions.
He's got the attention span of a 5-year-old. I'm sure it's worse now, but it was already evident 30 years ago.

Stroke? I am NOT a physician, but if this ain't stroke, then what?

Bags under the eyes say heart attack.

(3,033 posts)Shit himself so prodigiously that it is noticeable and can't be ignored by the press. To complete the picture, upon noticing (belatedly) that he shat himself, he should get a blank look on his face and reach into his pants - pull his hand out and sniff it. It would really be delightful if this were to happen in front of visiting dignitaries. Hard to 'splain' that away.
