I have been helping my sister deal with some paperwork. She seemed to have trouble getting rid of junk mail and things no longer needed. My sister was Mother's executor so she got her mail for years. I just found a post card from Emory University addressed to my mother a member of the class of 1936. Mother died in 1991, if she were alive she would be 111 years old.
