XXII Amendment, Section 1:

No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.


There is no exception for a break between terms.

more than two terms generally. Of course, that could help Anus Orange, but it would open the door for Obama as well.

If SCOTUS says Turnip can run for a third term (which would be directly succeeding his second term), Dems would be pretty stupid NOT to nominate Obama. Turnip wouldn't agree to ANY debates but Obama could out-social media him any day.
