I don't CARE how "improbable" the odds are for Dems to pick up enough seats to convict and REMOVE Trump
I UNDERSTAND how many seats would be needed, and that it's a stretch.
I am also not at the point where I am trusting voters to do the right thing. 90,000,000 is NOT a small or trivial number.
Republicans are TIMING the WORST damage to their voters for AFTER THE MIDTERMS...AFTER they have VOTED REPUBLICAN.
I am NOT running around bellowing like John Belushi in Animal House about "what's going to happen" to Trump after the midterms.
I am NOT buying into the fear and paranoia...whether it's legitimate or not...over "what if Trump just cancels the midterms?"
Maybe Dems will win the House and impeach him for a third time and Thune will rally the lemmings, just as McConnell did, and block removal in the Senate.
What I am saying is whatever degree of IMPROBABILITY may hang over taking out the trash in 2027, IT'S NOT ENOUGH TO MAKE ME STOP WANTING IT TO HAPPEN.
I don't believe the 90,000,000 who sat out the election are going to "do what's best for the country." They didn't do it last November...why would I give them the benefit of doubt NEXT November? They will do what they think is best for THEMSELVES, and that will be in direct proportion to how much they have PERSONALLY BEEN HURT BY TRUMP between now and then.
