Speaking Spanish

I wouldn't be at all surprised if speaking Spanish soon becomes illegal and Duolingo will be a good place to originate arrests. My 1000 day streak is in jeopardy.

Half my neighbors speak Spanish at home as their primary language and most everyone can speak both English and Spanish to some extent.

When I'm out shopping or walking my dogs I hear many other languages too.

It actually feels weird to me when I visit places where everyone is white and only speaking English.

Spanish won't get banned here.

Although whenever I meet someone who has been here a year and can barely speak English, I find it very annoying.
