Here in Japan, it doesn't look like there's going to be any real damage, even in areas close to Kamchatka, although they've still got the tsunami warnings on the TV. They don't want to take any chances, but the real danger is probably over, for now at least

Since this earthquake was in Kamchatka and not really close to Japan, they'll keep the warning up for a few hours, because they don't want to take any chances. But the main threat has probably already passed, unless there's another quake.
