Details: Ex military guy moved out of a Santa Monica apartment years ago. He left grenades in the associated storage unit. New tenant found the grenades and called the cops. Explosive experts picked them up. The explosion experts thought the grenades were inert and cut one in half.

They are now raiding the guys boat and car.
