Something like Talenti's Doble Dark Chocolate with these incredibly intense tiny dark chocolate "chip" shards! Or Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy, or New York Super Fudge Chunk. Or all three!
The next day a restaurant that has chocolate lava cake w raspberry sauce.

I mean it's such an grand occasion it's at least a 2 - 3 day celebration! 😄
