As soon an any USAID contacts in them are removed. CIA has used USAID for certain purposes. I'm surprised they let Trump shut down USAID.

HOWEVER with CIA connection to JFKs killing coming out and the CIA/USAID connections there through the Paines, they may be ok with a lot of files there disappearing.
