Well, it was already visible from actions of others. He said "unless there is fraud". He and his minions are investigating upgrades made or planned for the Federal Reserve offices to see if there was some kind of misrepresentation to Congress.

He will try to trump something up, but it will be very weak, non-existent, or fabricated as an excuse
