If they use their own gear, that means they have illegal weapons at home. (Which is my bet, from photos. Plus they don't have a barracks, right?)

It also means they get to deduct this year on their taxes (if they even pay taxes). Plus many companies will give discounts to active duty and first responders, and, I assume, trumpy fascist larper terrorists.
