No American should need to be scared that the government is going to separate their family because an Orange Nazi empowers and unaccountable agency with 100% power under poorly written laws to deny immigration and cancel visas (and yes, a green card is a visa. It's an immigrant visa known as an IR1 or a CR1 depending on the length of marriage when applied).

Are you going to go down this rabbit hole with me because no American, nor foreign spouse of an American, should need to worry if they will see their loved ones again simply because the foreign spouse wanted to visit their family in another country.

As for Americans going through customs. . .this is immigration, not customs. And I think i'm done speaking to you.

She's a German citizen Green card holder. Married to active duty over 30 yrs. Evrry summer she goes to spend a month with family in Grrmany.

She cancelled her trip this year nervous they won't let her back in. Sounds insane but it is happening.
