Will someone smarter than me (almost everyone) please explain this.

The Trump Administration admitted that Abrego Garcia was deported as the result of an administrative error. But now, defending that deportation, the Administration claims Mr. Garcia was "...a criminal...a violent man...an MS 13 gang member...a terrorist." If he was indeed any of those things, how could be an administrative error to have deported him?

These two positions are in conflict. Asking for a friend.

3. The administrative error was that he was deported to El Salvador - the only country he was expressly prohibited

from being deported to.

He has applied for asylum, but hasn't been granted it yet. He has been checking in annually with immigration services - and because he doesn't have a legal status they could have deported him . . . just not to El Salvador.

So because they screwed up and deported him to the one place they were prohibited from deporting him to, they are back-filling with excuses to justify their actions.

It’s akin to saying we entered WWII due to a clerical error. If you say García was what you say he was why APOLOGIZE for deporting him? This administration is just chock full of mystery and intrigue.

You’ll appreciate this My Friend. I’m a UA Graduate Class of 79. Texas 1969 15-14 “win” over Arkansas was due to a clerical error. Nixons boys had control of the score board.

..... and alpha male Mafioso goon.

Team trDUMPSTER, primarily Pam Bondi has blind loyalty to Djt. Djt told the crew to find a bucket load of reasons that Garcia is a naughty boy, terrorist. Killer Hispanic gang member and should be removed from AmeriKKKa. So Bondi, Stephen Miller, Ka$h Patel pulled all sorts of rabbits out of top hats that substantiated Garcia was a bad guy and he should have been immediately deported.

Only problem is 97.3% of the reasons Garcia should be deported because of their evidence - all is bullshit. This evidence will not stand up in court, and they know that.

So djt now wants to wash his hands and bow out gracefully. While djt will dump the issue in Bondi's lap. Then shit can her employment as the Atty Gen and hire a new one. Then Bondi takes all the blame for the bogus evidence used to shit trash Garcia.

Just another bullshit lie that back fired on djt - and some sacrificial lamb stupid fuck took all the blame.
'Cept it was really a team trDUMP conspiracy to defraud Garcia of his Constitutional Rights. And a convoluted case of obstruction of justice trying to conceal the injustice perpetrated against Abrego Garcia.

More than a few people on Team trDUMP should be in jail and fined for criminal conduct. Then slammed with a civil suit from Garcia & family in the millions $$$. Payable from personal funds and not government funds.
