BREAKING: The Ninth Circuit denies DOJ's request to allow the Trump admin to end protected status for hundreds of thousands of Venezuelans in the U.S. while litigation continues.

A district court had blocked the administration's effort to end the relevant TPS action in a stark opinion in March.

Don't they realize that, with their immunity ruling, Been A Dick Donald can remove them if he so chooses and there's not a fucking thing they can do because of their ruling.

4. I told my wife and friends back then that the Supreme Court issued its own death warrant with the immunity ruling.

That off-the-cuff comment was somewhat hyperbolic, but Trump is probably "looking into" putting nuisance judges on a plane to Auschwalvador so he could mockingly say to them, "Nya-haha, where's your stay now?"
