🚨URGENT—Despite the Supreme Court declaring that it would be illegal to deport people under the Alien Enemies Act without giving them a meaningful chance to seek judicial review, the Trump admin is reportedly about to send a group of Venezuelans detained in Texas to El Salvador in a matter of hours!

Last night multiple people detained at the Bluebonnet ICE detention center in Texas were handed sheets of paper IN ENGLISH and told by ICE officers that they were required to sign the paper (even if they only spoke Spanish).

These were reportedly "Alien Enemies Act" notices.

One of the people that the Trump administration is seemingly about to deport to El Salvador as an "alien enemy" is an TEENAGER - An 18-year-old who is being accused of being in Tren de Aragua because ICE agents though a picture of a WATER PISTOL on his Facebook was an actual gun!

A woman uploaded a video on TikTok of a call made from within the Bluebonnet ICE detention center of panicked people saying that they were accused of being part of Tren de Aragua, ordered to sign papers in English, and told they'd be deported imminently no matter if they signed or not.

All the documents in the case are on the ACLU's case page, including the renewed motion for a Temporary Restraining Order. They're asking the judge to rule this morning before any planes can take off.

2. Roger Parloff: Judge Boasberg scheduled hearing for Monday

The ACLU had asked Judge Boasberg to hold a hearing this evening, whether to issue a temporary restraining ordering requiring Trump Adm to provide 30-days notice before aliens could be removed under AEA. But he scheduled it for Monday. So maybe they're trying to get as many out now as they can.
