(13,735 posts)From many reports I've read over the years, the FHP routinely profiles and stops certain drivers in specific types of vehicles coming into Florida on major highways like I-10, I-75 and I-95. The FHP and local law enforcement claim they're looking for guns, drugs and large groups of "illegals." If you're flying, domestic or international, I imagine the mindset of the guy checking your ID will determine your fate.

(6,207 posts)Same with Texas, which now wants to test wastewater for urinary metabolites which would include birth control pills and mifepristone (the abortion pill.)
Big Brother Texas Republicans just gotta know.

(6,021 posts)negative comments here, some of us,really enjoy life in Florida. Otherwise why would we CHOOSE to move here from other places? If you don't like it here, please don't come. Spare me all the comments about politics here. I already know. But my entire life is not focused upon hating the elected officials. I've better things to do. So keep away if you want. I'll continue to stay here because its a lovely place to live. Vive la difference!

(109,150 posts)complete with the classic sneer and contempt for all around you- and you'll be good, I'm sure. Hell, say that you just love DeSantis and his wife, and maybe you'll be made "heir/heiress-apparent" to the FL governor.
