Marsha Blackburn accuses Vanderbilt of defying Trump on DEI
Stupid Mississippi State Home Ec major presumes to tell Vanderbilt Medical School how to educate and practice. I hope she is correct and that they are in fact continuing to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

"NASHVILLE, Tenn. (TNND) — Sen. Marsh Blackburn, R-Tenn., on Tuesday sent a letter to Vanderbilt University accusing it of defying President Donald Trump’s executive order regarding diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Trump has signed a slew of executive orders since beginning his second term targeting DEI at federally funded institutions. The senator wrote via X the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) may be in violation of this order due to its support of DEI.
“Vanderbilt University Medical Center has a track record of embracing harmful, woke initiatives,” she wrote. “This facility should be focusing on life saving care and research, not unlawful DEI practices. I’m looking into it.”
Sen. Blackburn also said in a video she sent a letter to VUMC asking why its DEI webpages are now hidden behind a “paywall.”... (more)
