Violation of the Presidential Oath

Of course we know this, but the real question is what can be done about it. The main remedy would be to take back the Congress in 2026 and then impeach Trump. Of course, there is the danger or possibility that Trump will shut down or try to manipulate the 2026 elections. Furthermore, that remedy is not guaranteed and is far off. Between now and then there is likely to be a lot of difficulty. Not a good situation.
